Great location, well-equipped kitchenette, cold aircon, comfy beds, secure and clean rooms, large and clean swimming pool.

Could not be improved in any way.

Very good room for our family (2 adults + 3 kids) and friendly service.

Apartment was spacious but the terrace was the best thing - big, with the beautiful view over the Tuscany valley from the hilltop. Staff was excellent - helpful, pleasant, specially in our case because we had an car malfunction so they provide us with every kind of assistance. Location of the hotel is good - in the center of the small village of San Baronto, which is a good start for exploration of Tuscany. Car is a must!

Great location with easy access to main tourist attractions. The view from the apartment was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was good, with a range of continental options and delivery to the room was perfect for our rushed business trip.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par, and it was really hot during the day. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. The TV channels were limited and the sound system needs an upgrade. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

Staff availability and kindliness. Location not too far from Florence but last 5 kilometers are "moutain" road. Garage just under the hotel.

Cleanliness could have been better. Hotel insonorisation could be improved: we heard lot of noises made by our neighbours. Swimming pool was closed at Spring time (Eastern).

The staff on arrival was very nice as he showed us 2 types of rooms to choose from and was eager to help with local info. Rooms are very well appointed and clean with a large bathroom. Our room had a seperate kitchen/dining room with a balcony. Very comfortable bed. View from bedroom was spectacular.

A microwave would have been very helpful. Although we were given a choice of rooms we chose one with no sofa/settee which we realized later. Had to pay 2 euros for 3 day usage of very slow wireless broadband. Our room was on the road side and traffic noise in the morning was disturbing.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel located in the picturesque hills of Tuscany. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a warm welcome, just like mentioned in one of the reviews. The spacious apartments, like app.105, were a major highlight, offering a large kitchen, dining area, and even a balcony with a good view over the Tuscan hills. Moreover, the breakfast provided each morning was delightful, giving guests a great start to their day.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

The pool was lovely, high up away from the road. Because the hotel seems to be used as a base for people visiting Florence and Lucca, it is often empty during the day, so you can have the pool to yourself. The staff were very pleasant.

It is sat on a very busy main road, which the ground floor apartments are set against. The noise starts very early in the morning. The apartments on the ground floor (which we were in), had no private balcony, so you could be sat outside (watching the traffic pass by) and other guests would just saunter between your table and chair. The shower regularly flooded over, so the bedroom wall was damp. We often returned to the apartment to find fans had been put on to try and dry out the damp! There was no toilet seat, but staff told us that the hotel had decided none of the bathroom would have one ???? I don't think it was value for money, and I think we could have found something far nicer for the price!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel in Tuscany hills. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the clean and beautiful pool that offered a fine view of the surrounding area. The location in the centre of the mountain-top village was also excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great time. Finally, the parking and transportation options were very convenient for those who arrive by car.

Was all great.

A lovely 1 night stay. Very relaxing and had a lovely rood top pool. We really enjoyed it! The owners are lovely and helpful too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is absolutely stunning, situated at the top of a hill with breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and ensure that my needs were met. Thirdly, the rooms were equipped with kitchenettes, which was a great convenience for preparing meals. Finally, the large terraces provided the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the beautiful surroundings.

Everything was exceptional.

We were upgraded to the 2-bedroon attic apartment with sweeping views. Absolutely stunning! The 2 bed rm apt was very comfortable and the airconditioning worked well to keep us cool. Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Minor point: awkward layout of the bathroom with the shower stall in the middle of the room.

The hotel has the most amazing views across Pistoia. We travelled with 3 children who enjoyed the pool and the DVD's that we borrowed from the hotel reception area. There is a shop for basics just around the corner and you can eat at a pizzeria and bar close by. I would recommend this hotel, the staff were very friendly with good English and the apartment was well equipped.
